Post-Crucible Barn Cleanup
All cast & crew from The Crucible are asked to come to the barns to help restore any chaos created in the wake of our production as well as to make some forward progress on the task of organizing and indexing the barn contents for the benefit of future productions. For anyone unable to stay and help with post-strike transport to the barn on the 20th, this occasion should be considered MANDATORY. We will find ways for everyone to help, regardless of age, stature or health status. Crucible Cast & Crew Party
A last opportunity for anyone and everyone involved in any way with The Crucible (as well as their families and/or guests) to get together, to celebrate, reminisce about, complain about, congratulate each other for, acknowledge and just generally enjoy the community experience of the production. We will do a potluck supper (bring an EASY favorite!) and distribute commemorative certificates. Beyond that, things are pretty free-form. Sometimes folks do little skits or scenes from or about the show; sometimes folks have brought instruments for a bit of sing-along; sometimes its been all about hanging out together one last time. No rules. Attendance is completely voluntary, of course. I do hope to see many of you there; I have found over the years that it feels very good to have this opportunity for reflection, fun and a little closure. Woody LowdenFriday, October 25
