Submissions Open House

We LOVE ideas, and we’d love to hear YOUR ideas!

We’re trying out something new here at SMCT. Starting February 1st, 2019 and continuing through the month of March, we are accepting show proposals for our upcoming 2019-2020 season. We are already scheduled through Fall/Winter 2019, so are mainly open to proposals for:

  • a small show (possibly a dinner show) for Early Winter 2020
  • a Spring show (late April-Early May)
  • a Summer children’s show (August)
  • Surprise us! We’re excited to try NEW, original ideas, too — so don’t be afraid to suggest different kinds of shows and entertainment.

Ideally, we are looking for folks who want to take a leadership position along with their submissions. Proposals from people wanting to direct or produce the show will receive preference in the decision-making process. But don’t let that stop you from submitting. All proposals will be considered!

Please note, if you have submitted to us before and haven’t heard back, you will need to resubmit during our Submissions Open House period — starting…NOW!

Fill this submission form to get started!
