A Good Old Time with “Twain’s Tales”

What could be better than sitting around the table exchanging tall tales with friends after enjoying a good old home-style meal? Sitting around the Swamp Meadow Table after enjoying a meal, you did not have to cook or clean up, watching the Tales of Mark Twain come to life right before your eyes!

Swamp Meadow Community Theatre invites you to a charming Dinner Theatre brought to you from the front porch of the Hannibal Country Store. Twain’s Tales, written by David Taylor London, directed by Dennis Chretien and Bob Hollis, introduces you to Hannibal’s Finest as they reacquaint you with some of Samuel Clemens’ favorite stories. Enjoying the play, after a meal of Midwestern Comfort Food, you will find yourself filled with flavor, laughter, and contentment!

SMCT is making all this available to you on three days and at two locations: February 11 at 6:30pm and February 12 at 1:30pm at the Coventry Senior Center on Wood Street in Coventry and on March 3 at 6:30pm at the South Foster Fire Station on Mt Hygeia Road in Foster. Tickets are $30 for Adults and $20 for children under 10.
